We can, if we think hard enough, just about remember when we started as butchers, building our knowledge and developing new skills, as a business, we have always believed strongly in training the next generation of butcher’s and we always will.
To this end, we thought we would start a new tradition at S. Collins & Son whereby we will furnish all our 1st year apprentices with their 1st set of knives. Pictured is Ross McNair receiving his knives from Shop Manager, John.
