| Cooking Instructions | Pre-heat oven to 190c or gas mark 5. Sear on all sides in a hot frying pan then oven cook for 30-40 minutes. We recommend using a meat thermometer. Ensure juices run clear. Alternatively, slice pork fillet and pan fry for 3-4 minutes either side. All appliances vary these are guildlines only. |
