Butcher's Tips

If you're not sure or just don't like deep fried chips, you can always cook them in the oven.

  1. Cut the potatoes into chip shapes
  2. Spread the chips out over a cooking pan
  3. Drizzle vegetable oil over the chips and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper
  4. Cook for 35 minutes (until crisp) at Gas Mark 6/190C
