Our Beef Short Ribs are expertly prepared on-stie ensuring that all unnecessary fat is trimmed off, leaving a product, that not only looks great but also tastes great. Our short beef ribs are ideal for a dish that customers wish to marinade at home in the sauce of their choice prior to cooking. Slow cooking our ribs will ensure that when ready the meat will literally drop off the bone and provide customers with a succulent, tender cut of beef.
