Current Vacancies
Sausage Maker
Job Type:Â Part-time – 15 Hours per week
Our ideal candidate will possess prior experience working as a sausage maker. In addition to this, our Sausage Maker will be able to demonstrable experience in meat preparation, quality, and production control, as well as best storing methods.
Our Sausage Maker will have first class manufacturing skills and will act as a true ambassador for our business.
Above all else, we are looking for an individual who will join the team with passion, energy and enthusiasm, and who combines traditional sausage making skills. In addition, you must be able to speak fluent English and be available to work part-time.
Responsibilities and Duties
Some further responsibilities of our Sausage Maker are
- Follow set procedures, train others.
- Work closely with management team to advise on product, range, etc.
- Use initiative to propose improvements, and resolve unexpected issues.
- Set standards for service levels, punctuality, reliability and appearance
Qualifications and Skills
Our ideal candidate will possess prior experience working sausage maker, and ideally this will be within a retail environment.

Apprentice Butcher
Job Type:Â Part-time – 28 Hours per week
The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic and thrive in a busy environment, be efficient and organised with good attention to detail and also be cheerful, customer focused and enthusiastic
