General Terms & Conditions

Any statutory consumer rights enjoyed by you are not affected in any way by these terms and conditions of sale.

Please read the product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which S. Collins & Son makes the products available to you. Please read our terms and conditions before purchasing online. When buying goods from our website you enter an agreement with S. Collins & Son. These terms and conditions will apply from when you place an order with us.

These product terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish Law and only the Scottish courts will decide any disputes.

Secure Payment

For our customers’ added peace of mind, S. Collins & Son accept online payments from the established, trusted payment companies, using all major credit cards and debit cards. Rest assured, your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise any possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. You will only be charged for items at the point of order, so shop relaxed and enjoy the experience. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation order email from S. Collins & Son which will act as your reference document and proof of purchase.

Order Processing / Cancellation

When ordering your goods you are entering in to a legal binding contract. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

We have the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to process your order or if the goods ordered have been discontinued.

If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.

If you wish to cancel an order placed online, this must be done via email to hello@scollinsandson.co.uk at least 48 hours before the requested delivery or collection date. As our products are freshly prepared for each customer order, failure to give sufficient notice for cancellation will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the order total.

Facebook Competitions

Winners of our Facebook competitions need to be available to collect their prize in store. Our Store address is 7 Lindsaybeg Road,Muirhead G69 9DR.

S. Collins & Son are the sole arbitrator in all competitions.

Offers and Coupon Codes

From time to time, we may run special offers open to the public and targeted offers to loyal customers.

These may come as immediate discounts already applied to products; discounts automatically applied at the checkout or discounts applied after entering a coupon code.

Coupons are valid on any full-price items throughout the store, unless otherwise specified.

Targeted codes are made available to specific groups of customers in good faith.

Should we detect misuse of coupon codes, S. Collins & Son reserve the right to withdraw the offer without notice.

Our voucher codes apply to our main website only (www.scollinsandson.co.uk), they are not transferable for any other online or in-store transactions – including festive orders.
