Collection and Delivery Update

We are currently returning to a limited capacity on click & collect orders, local and national delivery orders.

To help us manage, we’ve had to put some temporary restrictions in place through our online services.

Our  national delivery service has resumed since 10th May 2020.

Availability for click & collect and local deliveries have been capped at a manageable level for us and you will be presented with the next available slot at the checkout.

We encourage you to place orders for Click & Collect, if you are able to come to our store – leaving the delivery slots for the elderly, vulnerable and key-workers who are unable to.

Once again thank you for your support during these difficult times. It is greatly appreciated.

NHS Workers & Vulnerable Community Member Ordering

Our opening hours are now back to normal: 6am-5pm Mon-Fri; 6am-3pm Sat – welcoming everyone.

We’ve also made available additional delivery slots for NHS workers and vulnerable members of the community who cannot get to our store – allowing them to call us on 0141 779 2028 between 8am-9am (Monday to Saturday) to receive priority support and our next available delivery slots.

Proof of NHS employment will be requested.

Don’t forget, we continue to offer a 10% discount to all Blue Light Card holders.

In-Store Changes

As of 1st August 2020, we’ve pleased to have restored our opening hours from 6am-5pm (Monday-Friday) and 6am-3pm (Saturday).

All customers coming to the store are asked to wait outside until a member of the team invites them to come into the store where they will then be served. If you have come to the store with a friend or relative we ask that only one person comes into the store.

We kindly request that all customers visiting our store use the provided hand sanitiser upon entry and adhere to government guidelines of social distancing when waiting to be served.

All purchases will be supplied in a new, clean carrier bag – we ask that no reusable bags are brought into store at this time.

Operational Changes

All personnel and delivery drivers are increasing their already high personal hygiene practices – including temperature checks on entering building and hand-sanitisation upon entering and leaving the building.

We will more frequently clean and disinfect objects and surfaces that are touched regularly by the public and staff – such as our credit card machines, tills & touch points throughout the store

Product Availability

We have good availability across all our product range.

We are here to help, and doing all that we can, as quickly as we can, but please bear with us in this time of exceptional circumstances.
