Sourced from a handful of farms in the central belt of Scotland, our beef is grass-fed, free-range and aged for a minimum 28 days. The meat contains high amounts of omega-3s and is loaded with vitamins and minerals due to the grass-fed diet. We hand-butcher our beef using traditional techniques.

Our diced stewing steak is a versatile cut that is great in stews, pies and casseroles. We use cuts from the chuck, skirt and flank, all harder-working muscles but ones that are meltingly tender when slow-cooked.
