Below, S Collins & Son’s partner and senior partner talk a little about themselves and what working at the shop means for them. “Hi, my name is Fraser Collins and I have been a partner in S Collins & Son Muirhead for six years. Everyday brings a new challenge at S Collins & Son and whilst it can be demanding it is very rewarding. My favourite meal is a Ribeye Steak medium to rare with a side of fries, mushrooms and vegetables topped with a peppercorn sauce!Perfect! When time allows I love spending fun time with fiancee Nicola and daughter Kyla Rae. I try to keep fit as much as possible and I am a keen runner having recently completed my first London Marathon. Whilst my time wasn’t bad, it will be better next time!!”
