Like all businesses up and down the country this year, we have had to change many of our existing operations in order to met the needs of our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
One such change customers of S. Collins & Son will notice this year, relates to our Christmas & New Year Collections.
To help reduce waiting times (which is especially helpful during the winter) and ensure there are less people in the shop at any one time, we will be offering collections slots, in 2 hour windows, from Monday 21st December until Thursday 24th December (for Christmas orders) and from Monday 28th to Thursday 31st December (for New Year orders).
This year, as a result of customer feedback, we are also trialling evening collection slots on Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd December, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm, in 1 hour windows. We hope these will be a welcome addition to our Festive Offering for customers, providing them with more choice, in what is already a busy time of the year for most families.
