We are really excited about being shortlisted as Butcher Shop of the year finalist 2014. With the awards ceremony being held in November, focusing on finding the best of the best across six regions, to then declare an overall UK winner.

With there being only 3 finalists it is a great achievement for us to even get this far in the competition, and our record is second to none: 2012 Winner / 2013 Finalist / 2014 Finalist.

Some of the categories in the competition are Farm Shop of the Year, Halal Butcher’s Shop of the Year, Butcher’s Plus, Innovation of the Year and Young Butcher- but the biggest competition is for the main prize. Winning it is a  huge distinction for any butcher shop and, after winning the Scotland competition in 2012.

So, with the winner being declared in November, we will let you know how we get on.
