We recently got some great news that got 2019 off to a great start, we are yet again, Award Winners! This time we won awards for our Pork and Haggis dishes at the recent Scottish Craft Butchers Awards.
There were 2 categories we entered; The ‘Make it with Pork’ category and the ‘Make it with Haggis’ category. For the ‘Make it with Pork’ category we picked up a Silver Award for our Pork & Honey Mustard and Pork & Bombay Sausage Dishes and for the ‘Make it with Haggis’ category we picked up another Silver Award for our Chicken Highlander dish.
Speaking about the most recent awards business owner, Stewart Collins said “We are delighted to get the year off to a great start by winning these awards. At S. Collins & Son we are always looking to improve our offering to our customers and come up with exciting new recipes, that both capture our customers imagination as well as treating their taste buds”.
