We recently got some great news that got 2019 off to a great start, we are yet again, Award Winners! This time we won awards for our Pork and Haggis dishes at the recent Scottish Craft Butchers Awards.
There were 2 categories we entered; The ‘Make it with Pork’ category and the ‘Make it with Haggis’ category. For the ‘Make it with Pork’ category we picked up a Silver Award for our Pork & Honey Mustard and Pork & Bombay Sausage Dishes and for the ‘Make it with Haggis’ category we picked up another Silver Award for our Chicken Highlander dish.
