| Cooking Instructions | Pre-heat oven to 180C or Gas Mark 4.Season with salt & pepper and sear in hot oiled pan for 3-5 minutes. Add to a roasting dish and add gravy. Cover with tinfoil and cook in oven for 70 minutes. Roll out pasty and eggwash,put ontop of pie and cook for further 20 minutes until paste has risen and is golden brown. All appliances vary these are guildlines only. |
