Cooking Instructions

Bring beef to room temperature and then sear on both sides at a high heat to create a rich, dark crust. Drop the steak in a pan on medium heat and cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes. For a medium rare steak, ensure a core temperature of over 52c. We would encourage use of a meat thermometer for the best results.

Store in fridge, fresh for 5 days, suitable for home freezing.
