| Cooking Instructions | Pan-Fried: Bring the steaks to room temperature and pat dry. Season generously with salt, pepper, and your favourite herbs or spices. Heat a drizzle of oil in a hot pan over medium-high heat. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp: 70°C). Rest for 3–5 minutes before serving to retain juiciness. Grilled/BBQ: Preheat grill or BBQ to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the steaks and season or marinate to taste.
