We can, if we think hard enough, just about remember when we started as butchers, building our knowledge and developing new skills, as a business, we have always believed strongly in training the next generation of butcher’s and we always will.

To this end, we thought we would start a new tradition at S. Collins & Son whereby we will furnish all our 1st year apprentices with their 1st set of knives.ย Pictured is Ross McNair receiving his knives from Shop Manager, John. We also recently awarded Kyle McKee with his 1st set of knives. Well done Kyle and Ross…keep up the good work.
