Starting Monday 22/4/13, the Great British Beef Week is here to celebrate the British Beef industry and its best products.What better way, then, to mark the occasion than with some premium quality beef products from Scotland’s Best Butcher? S Collins & Son is thrilled to announce a raffle taking place at the shop all through this week, with the lucky winner of an overflowing hamper of beef products to be selected this Saturday.
With some of the bad press beef has received in this year’s stories, the Great British Beef Week (http://www.ladiesinbeef.org.uk/) is a great opportunity to remind everyone that there is a great Beef Industry in Scotland and the UK as a whole, and some very dedicated butchers. S Collins & Son operates as the local butcher in Muirhead, with customers from all around Glasgow coming in to try the fresh, home-made products.
This is why the goodie basket we’re offering is filled with only the best quality beef products, with enough variety to satisfy even the most pretentious customer. Raffle tickets will be available in the shop all through the week and they will all go in a raffle box, with the winner to be selected Saturday afternoon, after all the entries have been received. The winner will be announced in store as well as over Facebook and Twitter and will appear in a photo with Stewart Collins, the shop’s owner, that will be displayed all through the year to celebrate the occasion.
