| Cooking Instructions | Ensure meat is at room temperature before cooking. Coat in seasoned flour, sear in a heavy bottomed frying pan. Add vegetables of choice and lamb stock. Simmer for 2-3 hours until meat is tender. Alternatively sear in pan then oven cook at 170c or gas mark 3 for 2-3 hours. Stirring occasionally. All appliances may vary these are guidelines only. |
