| Cooking Instructions | Ensure meat is at room temprature before cooking. Pre heat oven to 190c or Gas mark 5. Sear meat over a high heat, ensuring to sear all over. Season and oven cook for 6-8 minutes for rare, 10-12 minutes for medium rare, 14-16 minutes for medium and 18-20 minutes for well done. Rest the meat for at least half of cooking time. All appliances vary these are guildlines only. |
