Our minute steaks are a simple yet flavoursome option for a quick dinner. Cut from the rump, the marbling guarantees maximum flavour from these thin but mighty steaks

Sourced from a handful of farms in the central belt of Scotland, our beef is grass-fed, free-range and aged for a minimum 28 days. The meat contains high amounts of omega-3s and is loaded with vitamins and minerals due to the grass-fed diet. We hand-butcher our beef using traditional techniques.
