Suggested Cooking Instructions Ensure steak is room temperature before cooking.

Fry on a high heat, cooking for five to six minutes each side for a medium rare finish.

Ensure medium rare steak has a core temperature of over 52°C.

Leave the steak in a warm place for half its cooking time before serving.

We recommend use of a meat thermometer for best and safest results.
