Similar in appearance to a Tomahawk axe with the bone extending from the centre of the cut, this steak is the biggest we sell, and is enough to feed two adults comfortably. Coming French trimmed to look as presentable as possible, our Tomahawks are well marbled to promise melting quality when cooked, while being on the bone promises maximum flavour.
Sourced from a handful of farms in the central belt of Scotland, our beef is grass-fed, free-range and aged for a minimum 28 days. The meat contains high amounts of omega-3s and is loaded with vitamins and minerals due to the grass-fed diet. We hand-butcher our beef using traditional techniques.
