|Suggested Cooking Instructions||To roast a whole chicken, pre-heat your oven to 190C or Gas mark 4.
Cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes per kg plus an extra 20 minutes.
Remove the foil for last five minutes to give a crispier skin.
Ensure juices run clear.
