Fresh, colourful and versatile, our Seasoned Green Vegetable Medley is hand prepared in our Muirhead shop to give you an easy vegetable accompaniment for the Collins at Home collection.
We bring together a selection of green vegetables and finish them simply with sea salt and aromatic Lampong black pepper, together with natural flavourings and spice extract. The seasoning is deliberately uncomplicated, allowing the fresh character of the vegetables to come through while adding enough savoury depth to make the side feel finished and ready for the table.
Lampong black pepper has a fragrant warmth that complements vegetables particularly well. Paired with sea salt, it lifts their natural flavours without masking them, which means this medley can sit comfortably alongside everything from creamy chicken dishes to richer Scotch Beef and pork meals.
