We were delighted to start local lad, Evan Reilly’s apprenticeship here at S. Collins & Son. Evan has been with us for a few years now and is nowย starting his butchery apprenticeship. As is a tradition with S. Collins & Son, we mark the start of all new apprenticeships by buying our apprentices theirย 1stย setย ofย knives.ย 

Use them well Evan, and we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the very best as you embark on your training.
