Golden, comforting and generously seasoned, our Sea Salt & Black Lampong Pepper Roast Potatoes are hand prepared in our Muirhead shop to make the perfect accompaniment to the Collins at Home range.
Roast potatoes are all about contrast: a golden, seasoned outside with a soft and fluffy centre. We finish ours with a blend of sea salt and aromatic Lampong black pepper, together with natural flavourings and spice extract, giving the potatoes a savoury depth while keeping the flavour clean and versatile.
Lampong black pepper brings a fragrant warmth and more rounded pepper character than simple ground pepper. Combined with sea salt, it enhances the natural flavour of the potatoes rather than overpowering them, making this a side that works equally well with our chicken dishes, Scotch Beef meals or Slow Braised Oriental Pork Coppa.
As they roast, the seasoning coats the potatoes and helps develop that satisfying golden finish and rich roasted flavour that makes them an ideal alternative to preparing roast potatoes from scratch.
