Premium, Gourmet Sliced Sausage
At S. Collins & Son we are known for family favourites like our Lorne Sausage, however never being one to rest on our laurels, we set about creating different variations of this sausage, using a wide variety of gourmet ingredients and only when we were satisfied with the end results were we happy to add them to our gourmet range of sliced sausage.
