| Fragrant, sticky and packed with flavour, our Sticky Vietnamese Chicken is hand prepared in our Muirhead shop using fresh quality boneless UK chicken breast. The chicken is combined with an aromatic Asian-inspired sauce featuring soy, onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and galangal. Tamarind brings a gentle sweet-and-sour character while chilli adds subtle warmth and lime leaves provide the fresh citrus notes that make the dish particularly fragrant. Mace, cloves and nutmeg add another layer of warming spice, creating a sauce that's much more complex than a simple sweet chilli glaze. The result is succulent pieces of chicken coated in a rich, sticky sauce with a fantastic balance between sweet, savoury, citrus and spice. There's plenty of flavour without excessive heat, making this an easy dish to pair with steamed rice, noodles or Asian-style vegetables.
