| A Collins at Home take on one of Britain's favourite Chinese-inspired dishes, hand prepared in our Muirhead shop using fresh quality boneless UK chicken breast. Generous pieces of chicken breast are coated in a classic sweet and sour sauce combining tomato, peppers and vinegar to create that unmistakable balance between sweetness and tang. We've added extra depth with an Asian-inspired blend featuring roasted sesame, ginger, garlic, onion, spring onion, miso, soy, chilli and star anise. These savoury and aromatic flavours help balance the sweetness and give the finished dish a richer, more grown-up flavour. The result is succulent chicken coated in a glossy sauce that's sweet and tangy upfront, followed by savoury soy, sesame and gentle warming spice.
