| A fragrant Balinese-inspired dish packed with aromatic herbs and spices, hand prepared in our Muirhead shop using fresh quality boneless UK chicken breast. The chicken is combined with a rich sauce featuring onion, leek, garlic and soy alongside ginger, lemongrass and galangal, three ingredients that give the dish its distinctive South-East Asian character. Tamarind adds a subtle tang while chilli provides gentle heat. Lime leaves bring a fresh citrus aroma and warming spices including mace, cloves and nutmeg provide additional depth. It's a complex combination of flavours, but one that's beautifully balanced. The sweetness and richness of the sauce are lifted by lemongrass and lime while the soy, garlic and spices give it a deep savoury finish. Flavour profile: Fragrant, savoury and gently spicy with lemongrass, ginger and galangal, followed by tamarind, lime, soy and warming aromatic spices.
