| Sweet, vibrant and gently spicy, our Thai Sweet Chilli Chicken is hand prepared in our Muirhead shop using fresh quality boneless UK chicken breast. Generous pieces of chicken breast are coated in a glossy sweet chilli-style sauce combining sweetness with peppers, onion and chilli. Coriander, paprika, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, cumin, caraway and other aromatic spices give the sauce much more depth than a traditional sweet chilli glaze. The chilli has been carefully balanced so that it brings warmth rather than overpowering heat, allowing the flavour and quality of the chicken breast to come through. It's a particularly versatile dish and a great choice for the whole family if you enjoy Asian-inspired food but don't want an excessively hot curry. Flavour profile: Sweet and tangy with peppers, warming ginger and aromatic spices followed by a gentle chilli kick.
